Sunvac MCH

Characteristics:

A high molecular weight resin containing approximately 86% vinyl chloride, 13% vinyl acetate, and 1% maleic acid. Because of the carboxyl group, Sunvac MCH has excellent adhesion on metal, especially on aluminum foil, the resin foil also has a good adhesion on PVC , ABS, paper, textiles, concrete, etc. At the same time, Sunvac MCH has good water resistance, excellent oil, ester, acid, alkali and salt water solution resistance.

Application: 

Sunvac MCH is used primarily for air-dry finishes, such as maintenance, marine and metal coating, aluminum foil varnish, can sealed paint, shoe adhesive, floor paint, cement paint, silk screen printing and transfer printing ink. Sunvac MCH often mixes with Sunvac 40, used in producing heat sealing packaging coating, it can effectively reduce heat sealing temperature, raise the heat sealing strength. It is also used to produce VC sealing plastic packaging, Electro-chemical aluminum paint, thermal transfer adhesive.
