Sunaspar 520

Introduction:

Sunaspar 520 is solvent free amine-functional polyaspartic ester resin which reacts with  polyisocyanates.

Properties:

·        Low viscosity and high solid content;

·        Low reactivity and high adjustability;

·        Offering excellent fullness, leveling performance, weather resistance, low-temperature flexibility, water resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and other properties;

·        High hardness, strong adhesion;

·        Improve the fullness, gloss, and hardness of paint film.

Application:

·        Used for preparing high solid content two-component polyurethane/polyurea coatings.

·        Can be used alone or combined with hydroxy acrylic resin, CAB, etc. to prepare high solid content two-component coatings

·        Various high-end paint fields, such as automotive paint, high-end wood paint;

·        Fan blade coatings, such as fan blade adhesive coatings, putty, and topcoat;

·        Used as a coating topcoat in heavy and light anti-corrosion fields such as steel structures and oil pipelines;

Note:

The coating made with this product should be tested after a week of maintenance. Please strictly test the adaptability and the stability of the final product when using.

Packing: 200kg drums

Storage: Store in cool, dry and ventilated place, storage temperature should be less than 40℃, far away from fire.

Shelf life: 12 months.
