Sunaspar SN220

Introduction:

Sunaspar SN220 is solvent free amine-functional polyaspartic ester resin which reacts with  polyisocyanates.

Properties:

l  High solid content and low viscosity;

l  High reactivity, faster drying time, touch drying time with HDI is 5 min;

l  Offering excellent hardness, flexibility, good leveling, gloss; good resistance to weather,  solvent, acid and alkali, saline water;

l  Good adhesion on plastics such as ABS,PC,PVC and various metal;

Application: 

l  Used in adhesive fields;

l  Used in anti-corrosion surface coating for steel structure, oil pipeline, heavy and light corrosion protection;

l  Used in foam landscape coating, fan blade coating; concrete water proofing materials.

l  Used in SPUA(spraying elastomeric PU), as extender and main resin.

Packing & Storage:

200kg drums. Suggest store in cool, dry and well ventilated place, far away from fire. Shelf life is 12 months.
