Description:
Sunflex P50 is a classic dibenzoate blend. As a polar plasticizer, it is a high solvator for PVC and compatible with polar polymers such as polyvinyl acetate. It is primarily used in adhesive applications. Its main component is DPGDB and DEGDB blend in a ratio of about one to one by weight. It is a replacement to phthalate plasticizers recommended by the ECHA. (European Chemical Agency).

High solubility and low fusing point, more faster processing speed, good foaming effect
during PVC foaming process.
Good compatibility with PVC and Ethyl-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsions, good migration
and extraction resistance in finished product. Good stability to light and heat. Low VOC.
Excellent stain and extraction resistance to aliphatic solvents in PVC products.
