Sunitor 907
Introduction:
Sunitor 907 is a versatile highly efficient Free Radical Type I solid photo initiator which is used to initiate the UV polymerization of chemically unsaturated prepolymers (e.g. acrylates) in combination with mono- or multi-functional vinyl monomers. It is particularly suited to use in pigmented UV curable systems.
Application:
l Sunitor 907 may be used alone or in combination with other suitable photo initiators (such as Sunitor 184 and Sunitor-ITX) for UV curable inks and varnishes for applications on paper, wood, metal and plastic materials. Its high absorbance makes it especially suitable for UV curable inks and pigmented coatings.
l Sunitor 907 recommended applications:
Offset inks, screen inks, flexo inks, adhesives, photo resistance, photoplates, etc.
