General information:

Cellulose acetate butyrate CAB551-0.2 is cellulose ester with high butyryl content and low relatively molecular weight. It is compatible with kinds cross-linking resins to get low viscosity.

Properties:

l  In coatings, CAB551-0.2 gives clear film, reduces surface tack and mottling, decrease sinkhole, improves flow and provides intercoat adhesion and good UV resistance.

l  It can improves the durability to cross-linked formulations.

l  It can be as useful additives in kinds coating system because its good compatibility and solubility.
